This picture is of a queen size quilt that Grandma Erma Earl hand pieced and hand quilted for Uncle Gary and Aunt Diane. She was so talented in all kinds of handwork.
I now have this quilt and I wish each one of you could wrap yourself in it for a few minutes. You really can feel Grandma's love and energy that went into each stitch. My kids call it the magic blanket because you feel so peaceful under it. Grandma Earl's talents and memory live on in the beautiful things that she made..
