For All of the Fans of the Movie "Frozen"!

I am crazy about the movie soundtrack "Frozen".  The movie was so enjoyable and the music is so beautiful.

Blake and Leah Earl (Clair & Mildred Earl family) have 3 children in the One Voice Children's Choir in Salt Lake City, Utah.  This group was started for the 2002 Olympics and has continued on with currently 140 children.  They perform extensively but this is their most exposure to date.

This is an Africanized version of "Let It Go" from the movie "Frozen".  It was filmed at the Midway, UT ice castles.  http://www.icecastles.com  It was 20 degrees when the kids filmed and they were outside for 2 hours.  Jacob was able to be in the video and Megan, Kendra and Jacob are on the soundtrack.

Enjoy!  (I see that since being posted yesterday, it already has a million and a half hits on You Tube, so I guess I don't have to tell you to enjoy! :)

Missionary Updates in the Clair & Mildred Earl Family

Thank you to Leah Earl (Blake's wife) for this update on the Clair and Mildred Earl family missionaries:

--------------------------------------------

Lance and Deb's son, Conner, will be returning soon from Guatemala.

Tyler and Deb's daughter, Chelsey, returned from Kentucky a few months ago.

Ryan and Cyndi had three missionaries out at the same time up until a few weeks ago when Devin returned from Bahia Blanca Argentina.  Shailee is serving in Denver, and Carissa in South Carolina.

Blake and I have our oldest two out, Kelcie is in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (Feb 2013-Aug. 2014), and Jordan in Denmark, Copenhagan (Feb. 2013-Feb. 2015.)

-------------------------------------------------

If you have missionaries out (or any other family news) and would like the rest of the family to know, please e-mail me at bridget@meridius.net and I will post it on our Earl family blog.

Header Picture

This picture is of Aunt Mildred and Uncle Clair.  It was taken at an Earl family reunion at Aunt Eula Mae and Uncle Paul's home.  It was probably around 1980.  What a beautiful couple.

Uncle Clair Heads Home

Our beloved Uncle Clair headed back home to loved ones waiting for him on the other side tonight.  So many people loved and admired Uncle Clair and we were all blessed to be able to call him family.  There will be a hole left in our family tree, but the stories and memories of his goodness will continue to grow.

Here is his obituary:

Clair F. Earl (1933 - 2011)
Clair Frehner Earl (78), passed away in his Reno, Nevada home on December 14, 2011. Clair was born in Overton, Nevada to Milton and Erma (Frehner) Earl. He attended the University of Nevada, Brigham Young University, and the University of Oregon Dental School. Dr. Earl practiced dentistry in Reno for more than 47 years. He was a dedicated member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was actively involved in many organizations, including Boy Scouts of America, Family Promise of Reno/Sparks, Interfaith Ministers Association and Nevada State Dental Association. Clair was known for his love of family, genuine kindness, and faithful service in the Church and community.

Clair is survived by Mildred, his loving wife of 55 years; 11 children (Lance [Debbie], Deena Fausett [Kirk], Tyler [Debra], Cordel [Mikki], Blake [Leah], Ryan [Cyndi], Cameron [Deborah], Mauri, Bryce [Shauna], Deverie Johnson [Eric], DeLana Rowley [Brian]); 52 grandchildren; two sisters, Eula Mae Judd and Janice Whipple, and brother, Gary.

Header Picture - December 2010

This Christmas header picture is of Uncle Clair and Uncle Gary around the family Christmas tree.  How was Grandma Earl so good to get Uncle Clair to hold up the teddy bear.  She was impressive!  Love this picture!

December 2008 - Header Picture

This great picture was an Earl family Christmas card that Grandma Erma and Grandpa Milton Earl sent out. This is Clair (left) and Gary (right).

How did Grandma Earl get two teenage boys to dress up in their suits and look interested in their Christmas presents for the picture?! With a teenager myself, I am impressed!
